Have a modular home, paid on it for a year until i lost my jog. When i missed 6 months of payments my house note jumped from 700 to 1200. well i havn't made a payment now for 2 years. I got a bail bondsman to bail someone out and that person has jump on their court date. I sign two 10,000 dollar bonds on this house, their not going to court, what's going to happen. What should I do to avoid problems, i don't own this house the bank does.
